Wildlife and Historical Experience
Tuli Wildlife Experience (Botswana)

Accomodation: Between Musth Luxury Tented Safari camp ( 3 nights), and Trails and Bush Camps (3 nights), the guests are accommodated and catered for in a wonderfully natural African ambiance. All camps are non fenced bringing the wild closer to our participants.
Trail: The 3 day walking trail , covers approximately 8km per day. The trail experience is a unique way of studying the various ecological and biological processes of nature with time for detailed study and educational training from the Ranger.
Observation techniques: Through out the 6 days at Tuli , the ranger brings together the vast elements of sustenance and survival in the African bush, culminating in 2 x 3 Hour observation exercises in the bush and at the Waterhole.

Tracking training: During the trail and in observation days a continuous exposure of the various species tracks , gives the participants by weeks end a good basic grounding of the varieties of tracks and identification of them. Following the training , an exciting tracking exercise is enjoyed by the participants.
Game drives: Numerous game drives are undertaken visiting different parts of the reserve , with the time to learn of and understand the various macro and micro ecosystems and their interaction in the greater survival stakes.
Mapungubwe Historical Experience

Accomodation: Leokwe Camp with its Venda style luxury thatched cottages is situated in a valley flanked by Sandstone ridges. Leokwe's stunning Natural rock swimming pool and deck overlooking the valley , the well appointed cottages en-suite and a natural design blending in with the environment makes for a superb base and background for our historical programme of the Safari.
Historical Lecture: The 2 part lecture covers the Geological (Pre Gondwana-land to present) development of Southern Africa, the Geographical history through climatic elements and the Human history from Pre San bushman to African tribal migration, European colonization and and African Emancipation.
K2 and Mapungubwe: Visiting these ancient settlement sites (believed to be of the first major trading centers in Southern Africa), we learn of the people, their structures and way of life and environment during and up to their abandonment of the settlements.

San Rock and Cave paintings: While visually experiencing this ancient art form , we learn of the history, original ways of life and struggle of the San people as they increasingly experienced migration from the north. (Africa and Europe)
Gamedrives: Being a game reserve boasting amongst others Elephant, Rhino, Leopard and Lion we explore the Limpopo confluence region with astounding viewsites and Wildlife.
